New York City is a center for creativity and innovation. At Global Tech Prep we make the best use of the city's resources by partnering with a number of organizations that provide enrichment for our students. This lets us enable expand our educational offerings well beyond the expected. Our most cherished partnerships include the following groups:

Citizen Schools programs complement classroom learning by engaging students in hands-on learning projects led by adult volunteers after school and supported by a staff of professional educators. At GTP, Citizen Schools has partnered to expand the learning day to 5:45 Mondays through Thursdays.

Teen Thursdays at the Apollo Theater  is part of a Department of Education initiative focused on building partnerships between schools and cultural institutions. Twenty GTP students will attend workshops every Thursday afternoon at the Apollo to learn about history through theatrical performance. 

Computer Associates global community relations program aims to improve educational opportunities for underserved children and young people. Since our school's beginning, CA has been a strong partner.

Teaching Matters is a non-profit organization that works with educators to with the goal of helping all students to succeed in the digital age. Teaching Matters identifies common areas of difficulty that stand in the way of student success and creates solutions using technology.
