Helping Your Child Succeed

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the school counseling department of Global Tech Prep.  I am the counselor for all the students in our school. My responsibilities include: meeting with students who have mandated counseling on their IEPs; working with students who are experiencing any kind of difficulty at school, academic or social/emotional. For students I don’t see as part of my regular schedule, there are appointment requests on my office door.

I also work closely with eighth grade students and their families throughout the high school application process. And I address bullying, conflict resolution, and relational aggression, study skills, test anxiety, and other academic and social issues.

Please call or email any time if you have questions or concerns-or if you would like to check in.

Sincerely,

Lisa deMauro   (212) 722-1395  ext. 3342    MsdeMauro@globaltechprep.org
